Kevin Rose RMP®

President, Co-Owner, Designated Broker

Kevin joined Pickett in 2008 from the maintenance field having operated At Your Service Home Repair, for six years. This background gives him exceptional insight into the many maintenance issues we face every day. A former Navy Submariner and current drilling reservist, he is intimately familiar with the concerns and interests of our military owners and tenants. With his wife Jodi, their goal is to continue the level of service and leadership in property management that Pickett has developed over the past decades. Kevin served as the Kitsap County Chapter of NARPM President for 2009 and Treasurer 2013.

Jodi Rose

Co-owner, Managing Broker

Having grown up in the company, Jodi returned to property management in 2008 relearning the business from the ground up. While still raising 3 young daughters, her role in the company is devoted to ensuring that our company leads the marketplace in quality management and exceptional customer service. Jodi served as the Kitsap County Chapter of NARPM Treasurer 2012.
